RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We’re sure that you’ll love your Jawahir item, but on the rare occasion that it isn’t 100% right just send it back and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund (Excluding Postage Charges unless Faulty Items) or an exchange (This excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalised items)

FAULTY ITEMS

The procedures set out here to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right to reject faulty goods.Please note that certain items cannot be returned unless Jawahir is at fault.
These are personalised, engraved and orders specifically made to your requirements.

Jawahir will be responsible for the postage of faulty items.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PERSONALISED, PIERCED AND ENGRAVED JEWELLERY

Please note that your right to cancel does not apply to orders for pierced jewellery, personalised jewellery, engraved items and orders specifically made to your requirements.

RETURNING AN ITEM

If you wish to return goods, you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate original packaging, within the cooling off period of 14 days.

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. For further information on your statutory rights, visit www.consumerdirect.gov.uk.
